Our current delivery times

Delivery time varies by location. Inside New Zealand it takes 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more.

Below $75, the delivery method we offer is EXPRESS DELIVERY at $25. You can also choose EXPRESS DELIVERY at any order value, including above the free threshold. The amount is shown in your basket before you pay, and no GST is added.

EXPRESS DELIVERY is the courier's express service, despatched after the same 24 to 48 hour handling time. We do not publish a guaranteed express transit time.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. For logistical reasons, items in one order may travel in separate packages.

Where we deliver

We deliver all over New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier-Hastings, Dunedin, Palmerston North, Nelson and Rotorua.
