Track my order

Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your order ships.

Enter the tracking code from your shipping email.

Please note: a tracking number is issued once your order has been processed and shipped, and not before. We only receive the code when the parcel is on its way, so there is nothing to look up in the first day or two.

Your code arrives in the "Your order has now been shipped" email, usually 48 to 96 hours after you order. Handling and packing take 24 to 48 hours, and delivery across New Zealand then takes 5 to 7 days.

Track your parcel

Paste the code into the courier's tracking page. If it does not find anything yet, give it a few hours: a code is often issued before the first scan.

If something looks wrong

Email theteam@flyscreendoor.co.nz with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will chase it for you. Most emails are answered within one business day.
